How do I learn more Greek and Hebrew? 

There are plenty of apps, websites, and articles to begin your exploration into Greek and Hebrew words. Our personal favorites are studying Lexicons. Lexicon's can be found on websites such as biblestudytools, blueletterbible, and biblehub.

 

I have sensitive skin, can I wear your pieces? 

All of our pieces are made with 18k Gold plated polished stainless steel. We use the highest grade of stainless steel and therefore, our products are nickel free! 

 

How do I care for my piece? 

A little care each day really goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, please store it in the pouch it came in. This will help prevent scratching and maintain it's original color. You may clean you piece by buffing gently with a dry cloth.  Always remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays. Before exercising or showering remove your gold vermeil piece. A care guide is also included in each shipment, so you can keep it handy to refer to whenever you need a reminder.

 

My order says delivered but I don't see it? 

Don't fret! Check your front door / porch area, your mailbox, family members / neighbors, and especially any front desk / administration office in your residence (especially in apartment complexes).

If you still do not see your package contact local USPS to ensure that it has actually arrived to your address and not to the post office. USPS often marks a package as "delivered" much before the package arrives. Please allow a 2-3 days after the stated delivery date before proceeding. 

If all the above steps have been taken and no package has been found, then you may have to file a claim for a missing package through USPS. This claim can be done here.
